Delivery & Returns


We aim to get your order dispatched within 2 days of receiving it if we have everything in stock, but since we hand print textile and homeware products to order, some items will take a bit longer. The table below should give you an idea of the maximum amount of time to allow - but we hope to get your lovely items to you much sooner!

Please allow 3-5 working days for Medium / Heavy Object Delivery and Art Prints. Light Object delivery is sent first class and should be with you the next day.

Lampshades 4-6 weeks (dispatched within 2 days if in stock)
 Cushions 2-4 weeks (dispatched within 2 days if in stock)
Lavender & wheat bags dispatch within 5 days
Stationery dispatch within 2 days

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return you item(s) within 7 days of receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 

We cannot provide refunds for items lost or damaged in the post, so please request a proof of postage from the post office when sending your item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged in transit, please contact us at within 24 hours of receipt, supplying pictures if possible, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
